No idea what a Q baby is but it looks very complicated to do what’s it made of please?

Hi my name is Ruth Smalley I am 84, I have a doll my mother bought me when I was 8, she is of the plastic variety my daughter gave her to a friend of hers to makes an outfit for her which is lovely but she painted her head as her wig had been pulled off so you can imagine it is acreal mess I would like her to be restored so I can pass her to my great granddaughter could you please give me some info what you would need .
