Vouchers will be dispatched the following working day after purchase or an e-voucher can be emailed if preferred. 

Vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.

Vouchers are redeemable in full or part payment on any merchandise or re-string service at http://www.dianesdollsbears.com 

Vouchers are non refundable and no change will be given but any remaining balance can be applied to future purchases within the six month period.
